QUALITY CONTROL
Every private label project depends on consistent softness, balance, pickup and control. Our production process protects those details from bristle to packing.
Softness, balance, pickup and control are the four things a buyer feels immediately. They are also the four things that drift fastest without process control, so each is held to the sampled standard through finishing and inspection.

QC inspects each operation when it is complete. The next operation starts only after the current step passes inspection.
Before packing, QC inspects every makeup brush to check its quality and workmanship.
OQC checks the finished order before dispatch. The order is delivered to the customer after it passes inspection.
The brush inspection worksheet uses the approved reference sample and records findings for a clear final review.
Check bristle shape and trimming, head-to-handle alignment, secure assembly, visible adhesive and cracks.
Review the handle for scratches, roughness or dents. Check print clarity and position, and confirm labels sit flat and stay attached.
Confirm the set is complete and inspect the brush and packaging for dust, stains, marks, wear or damage.
Record defect counts and reasons, then document the final accept, reject or special-release decision with inspector and reviewer dates.
Inspection findings are assessed against the approved sample and the requirements agreed for the order.

Fiber selection and head shaping are checked against the sampled reference for density, softness and pickup before assembly.

Ferrule crimping, handle fit and finish are inspected so the brush balances and holds together in use.

Logo technique, color and placement are verified per unit, since finishing is where a collection most often drifts.

Finished-product inspection runs before packing, with sets assembled and cartons checked against your specification.
