Sample
Hold the brush before you commit.
A sample is the only way to judge softness, pickup and balance. Send a reference or a drawing and we build to it, so the spec that leaves the sample room is the spec that goes into production.
Four steps to a yes.
Send the brief
A photo of the brush you want matched, a drawing, or just the job it has to do. Ferrule diameter and hair length are enough to start.
Match or build
If the shape already exists in our moulds we match it and confirm head, ferrule and handle. If it does not, tooling is quoted before anything is cut.
Sample
Head, ferrule, handle and logo finish are assembled the way production will run them, so what you approve is a production sample rather than a mock-up.
Approve, then produce
The approved sample becomes the reference for the run. Finishing details are held to it, and it is the standard inspection measures against.
What makes a fast sample.
A reference
A photo, a competitor brush or a physical sample. Anything that shows the shape, fibre and finish you have in mind.
The numbers
Ferrule diameter, hair length and handle length if you have them. Our size guide lists the standard ranges.
Branding
Logo technique and placement, ferrule finish and packaging direction. These are quoted together with the sample.
The volume
Expected quantity and target market. Both change which moulds and materials make sense, so they belong in the first message.
Sample cost, freight and timing are confirmed with your quote. They depend on whether we match an existing shape or build a new one, so we quote them per project rather than publish a single number.
Send a reference and we will come back with a specification, a sample plan and a quote.
